This lovely two hour session includes two guided meditations, one with the Drum, and self reflection/ mindfulness activities within the woods. The circle is held around the fire and all are welcome, no meditation experience required. Come with an open mind and leave with an open heart. Enjoy the peace of the woods in a small, safe group.
