Greetings
I am sure the web master will tell me I am posting this in the wrong place but... a while ago we produced a leaflet with details about the services and events that can be found in Hadlow Down. The idea is that each household had a leaflet and when someone moves home a new copy is delieved. The leaflet was called welcome to Hadlow Down and we hoped it did just that.
However, a small misunderstanding has meant that as new people move in we don't actually have someone who can post one of these leaflets through peoples doors. So this email is not so much a forum chat but a plea.
The idea behind the leaflet is a good one. When I have moved in the past it was great to have such a leaflet as it aswered many of my questions that I felt I could not ask my new neighbours. I am desperate to find some kind soul willing to make this work in Hadlow Down. If you think you could help or would like to know more please call me.

Hello John,

In addition to the paper copies delivered to new villagers, we could have it available to download from here! That way, if anyone has lost theirs, they can view or print it.

Thanks nice idea it is not in a format that could be published at the moment but it could be done. The main principal is that when the house is empty or new people have just moved in a new leaflet is given then. For that is the best time. So I still am hoping someone might take this role on

Hello John

How about giving some copies to the sterling force who deliver the magazine. They usually notice when someone moves. I know I do on my route, but then I'm nosey!

John

I did see a copy of the leaflet some time ago (this year) and the bus timetable was wrong.  Not sure if it's been amended since then but as a frequent bus user I have to keep abreast of these things until I can use a different form of transport.

P.S.

I do have the local timetable!
